The Farm

We are located in the panoramic Rio Verde Valley northeast of Scottsdale, Arizona just minutes from Pinnacle Peak and Troon, and 15 miles from West World, home of the Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show. Our small band of broodmares, foals, and stallions reside in a rustic Old World Mediterranean farmhouse and stable on a ten acres with grass paddocks and beautiful mountain views. The Tonto National Forest is ¾ miles outside our gate with hundreds of miles of desert and mountain trails.

The horse barn has twenty stalls including two 12 x 26 foaling stalls, tack room, feed room, grooming and wash bays, and blanket/equipment storage room. Attached to the horse barn are offices with catering kitchen and separate Ranch Casita. Additional ranch buildings include breeding and vet lab, equipment and hay storage, and two 16 x 20 stallion stalls. There are three grass pastures, three large turn-out paddocks, 100 x 200 riding arena, and two round pens. The farm and paddocks are fenced with rustic iron 4-rail fencing. The entire facility is designed for efficiency of operation and safety for the horses.
